I am a self-titled “Talent Acquisition Innovator” for nGenera. My real title is Recruiting Manager, but that’s so Web 1.0 that I had to make up a new title. I like the one I picked.
I work with a team of incredible Talent Acquisition Specialists who focus on finding the right talent for nGenera, on-demand. It’s a crazy-busy world, but we love the challenges, and are excited to be working for such an innovative company.
On the personal side, I am a wife and mother and Fightin’ Texas Aggie. My handsome husband and I are blessed with 4 beautiful children. We live in beautiful little town just outside Minneapolis, MN, and even though I hate the cold, I have to admit that this is a nice place to live. It’ll never be Texas, but it’s not bad.

Katie,
Excellent blog and exteremly well written. If I were a Java programmer I would want to hear opportunities. From one recruiter (who worked on Toms jobs in the past) to another. Good luck.

Hi,
We recently published “Top 100 HR Bloggers” (http://www.businesscreditcards.com/bootstrapper/top-100-hr-bloggers/). I figured I’d bring it to your attention in case you think your readers would find it useful. I am happy to let you know that you have been included in this list.
Either way, keep up the great blogging!
Cheers,
Rich McIver
